1. Detection principle

The canine early pregnancy rapid test card is a qualitative detection card for canine relaxin. The card is based on a dual antibody sandwich system on the nitrocellulose membrane to detect relaxin in canine serum.During the detection process, the relaxin in canine serum will be specifically recognized and bound by relaxin antibodies labeled by colloidal gold particles.

3.Operation steps

1. Draw blood
2. Centrifuge or let stand the blood in the anticoagulant tube or centrifuge to obtain serum.
3. Take out the test card and confirm that it is used at room temperature.

1. Draw the serum with the attached dropper, add 3 drops (100ul) to the extraction tube, and mix well.
2. After covering the extraction tube cover, add three drops to the sample filling hole (S).

4.Precautions are important!

(1) The preparation time for interpretation is ten minutes. If vou interpret early, please do not interpret for less than five minutes, nor for more than fifteen minutes

Result judgment

(1)

Negative: There is no red bar at the T-line position, indicating that the dog is not pregnant or that the relaxin content in the blood is not sufficiently detected.

1. Positive: A red band appears at the T-line position, indicating that the dog is pregnant.
2. Invalid: No red strip appears at the position of line C.

6. Precautions

1. Please follow the steps to test, and do not touch the color rendering area of the test strip card during operation.
2. This product is a secondary product, please do not reuse it.
3. Do not use tap water, pure water, distilled water and saline water as negative controls.
4. All samples must be treated as potential sources of infection.
5. For reference only for rapid diagnosis by Zengyi, only qualitative test results are provided, and diagnosis should be made based on clinical symptoms or other conventional testing methods.(6) The earliest number of pregnancy days for dogs tested for this product is 15 days.

2. Storage and validity period

Storage conditions: Store the test card in a cool, dark and dry environment of 2-30"C, do not freeze.

Validity period: This product is valid for 24 months.
