*If you receive the wrong size product, we are unable to return or refund for this reason. The size information of our products is shown on our sales page.
*You can completely cancel your order within two days at the latest.
*The order cannot be canceled while the order is in the cargo.
*If you want to return the order without any reason after you receive it, you can return it by paying the round trip shipping fee. However, the box must not be opened.
*We cannot accept returns due to your dissatisfaction with the product. The same product that appears in the photos on the sales page will be sent. In addition, our products are produced from special light natural wood plywood that has been tested for durability. All descriptions and visual details of the product are presented on our sales page. *If you broke the part at the time of assembly, the responsibility belongs to the buyer, you will have to buy that relevant part again. We have spare parts available for sale at reasonable prices.
